Hi, and welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
I bring over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families as a Registered Dietitian in a hospital setting. I’m now honoured to support clients in a new way as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). My journey into psychotherapy has been deeply rooted in my passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges with kindness, compassion, and respect.
I hold both a Master of Science and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (anticipated May 2025), and I draw on this unique blend of training to support clients in building greater emotional awareness, resilience, and well-being.
My approach is client-centred and collaborative. I believe you are the expert of your own experience, and my role is to walk alongside you—offering tools, reflection, and gentle guidance as you explore what matters most to you. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused and mindfulness-based strategies, all tailored to your unique goals and preferences. I work with clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, burnout, self-esteem, body image concerns, anger, grief, parenting, life changes, and the feeling of being stuck or disconnected.
Whether you're looking to process your emotions, make sense of your experiences, or move toward a more fulfilling life—my goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
Therapy can be a place of insight, healing, and renewal—and I’d be honoured to be part of that journey with you.
